Tonight with any luck I will get a chance to do a spinning ride. I have missed all week. Who knows abou tomorrow. But Monday I am gonna ride.
I got in about 30 minutes of spinning. It was difficult. I will have to work at it to be fit enough to ride hard in that class. Typically the class lasts 45 to 55 minutes.
