Now that the Safari is history, I am missing it. Mike was right, I am changed. I am searching the tours for the remainder of 2005 looking for another ride to make. I see the BRAG in Newnan in October as a real possibility. I might try to do the BRAT but that means some considerable climbing. All the better for me really because the intense workout would mean weight loss.
I have tried to interest Bev in a recumbent bike that she could join in the tour but she resists. That typical resistance where she finds some reason why there isn't time or something. I should give up and just invest in my own fitness.
