Bev rides to Sycamore....Again!
Just like 3 years ago when Bev and I did her first official ride on the original blue tandem, Sycamore was our destination for her first official ride on the single I built for her. She made it! I assisted her on the uphills a couple of times the way Travis boosted Kelly that day out on 148 but that was after she blew out of town at a high rate. She later told me she tried to keep up the pace like we were on the tandem. I think it used up her energy early and she bonked a little on the way back. But it was a beginning.
