Triathlon training....
I see that it was 2 years ago that I tried training for a triathlon. That didn't lead to anything. I ran enough to hurt my self and had to spend a long time recovering from it. I spent a good bit of time swimming that summer and improved my swimming strokes 100%. But that wasn't hard to do because I didn't swim that well to begin with. I tried to take the running to the level of marathon. That didn't work so well. Maybe next year.

Culmination of effort...
So many years ago, I envisioned having Bev ride with me on these trails. I first thought I had fulfilled them in 2008 when we finished all of them on the tandem. Now she has ridden them on her single mountain bike. And she loved it. I am looking forward to more adventures like these.
