I see that it was 2 years ago that I tried training for a triathlon. That didn't lead to anything. I ran enough to hurt my self and had to spend a long time recovering from it. I spent a good bit of time swimming that summer and improved my swimming strokes 100%. But that wasn't hard to do because I didn't swim that well to begin with. I tried to take the running to the level of marathon. That didn't work so well. Maybe next year.
