Stop running....
I sent a message to Joe to see if the Tuscaloosa HM was a go and he called me. He has too many obligations this spring to make it. It was something of a relief for me. My plantar fasciitis was really painful. The daily mileage was keeping it sore and although I was keeping up the running, I could have been doing permanent harm to my foot. Now I can do a proper rest period and let it get completely well. Joe said we'd try to do it some other time but I don't think I'll agree to that. I will probably run more but it is hard to train on these plans where things can fall through.
