I sneeked a peek at the scales this morning and I see that I have lost the Christmas weight I regained with perhaps another pound but we will see on Monday, the official weight day. To have lost all that weight gain is surprising to me since the chance to run, bike or paddle has been very slim since Christmas week. With all the preparation, cooking, rain, and cold...there has been very little chance for anything. So yay...
Next week we are expecting winter weather. And I have to have a wisdom tooth removed. And then we have to take the boys to the dentist. So not much chance of big workouts.
