Joe Castleberry will run in the Seattle Marathon this coming Sunday. We spoke last week at length about many things and he challenged me to prepare and run the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, DC next October. I've accepted this challenge and begun the process to be ready for it. It will mean getting off from work, and a long plan of preparation but that's ok. I need it.
It is also my plan to carry with me my Dad's Marine dog tags. It would be meaningful to both myself and my daughter to do this.
